Location: Excellent — just a 5-minute walk from the sanctuary.
Staff: Very helpful and welcoming, especially the reception staff.
Dog-friendly: A big plus for us, as the hotel warmly welcomes dogs.
The room we stayed in had a lovely, spacious balcony and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. However, for the rooms my only suggestion would be to replace the carpeting with hard flooring, such as wood or wood-effect flooring, which would feel cleaner and more modern. We could also hear some creaking at night, as well as footsteps from the neighbours in the room above.
Tip: Go early for breakfast, as we arrived around 8:30 a.m. and the selection was already quite limited.

Reception staff were very nice and attentive. Breakfast was convenient, and good. Hotel was close to sanctuary main entrance and places to have dinner. Excellent water pressure in the shower.
Breakfast could have more fruit. Coffee from the machine was not the best, after you added the milk, coffee was already cold. Room didn't have enough power outlets to charge our phones next to the bed.
