Lovely calm hotel, in the centre of Lourdes, and the staff were very helpful, especially the lady who booked the spa session for us. We didn't have any issues at all but any query we did have, was dealt with efficiently and in a friendly manner. Both bar and reception staff were really customer focused. Lovely hotel overall.
Don't really have anything negative to say.

The location is excellent, a few steps from the basilica entrance. The staff at the reception was helpful and nice
The property is run down, it is NOT a 4 stars hotel. There is a lot of tours that used this facility and the run down shows. Old furniture, uncomfortable beds and few amenities.
