Breakfast included should be a buffet not a la cart.

It was beautiful on the outside
There were no shower caps when taking showers for people who have long hair
The internet connection was poor
The screen was not a proper smart screen
Parking fee was too expensive for just a night

Room was pleasant
My flight was delayed arrived 8.45 pm , reception said restaurant was still open, went to restaurant 8.50 pm - told it was closed, no room service after 9 am, got a toasted sandwich and could noy get a glass of wine or cider .
At 2.28 am emergency alarm sounds , we evacuate , outside for 40 minutes - it was a false alarm. No apology for the interrupted nights sleep.
