The helpful reception staff and concierge. The comfortable room and the view
The only thing I noticed was when people came in to the cbd bar for breakfast they were unsure of what to do or where to go to find out about breakfast options 3 staff were present but did not acknowledge and unfortunately all these people just walked out. Ps my meal the night before was lovely along with my breakfast

Very bad odour in the room probably from the sewer or drain pipes.
