Excellent breakfast. Beds were comfy and all linen was really clean.
Parcel arrived during the day for me. Call from reception to advise, asked if I was in the hotel and I was not, so said to pick up from reception. When I returned I queued up behind check-ins and then asked at reception (to a blank face) for my package that had been delivered- staff couldnt find it. Said to me "nothing here yet - we will let youy know when it is in". I replied that someone from the Novotel had called me to say it was there - and that it wasn't me expecting a delivery. Still couldn't find it - once again "there's nothing here for you yet - we will let you know if something arrives". I said (once again) that it must be there as they had called me - even showed my call log to say what time the call was made to me. It was all getting too hard so I said could they call me when they find it.
An hour later someone brought it to my room.

The staff were very accommodating to me in my power chair a d my elderly grandma. The room was decent and I could move around for my budget. Meals were lovely and the workers made sure to help out so I didn't have any accidents. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
There was construction during me stay and the lack of blocking g off areas a s safety wax a bit concerning.

Location
Property was under renovation in the common spaces. Issue with parking. Arrived at 5:30 pm and paid $38 for parking. Parking expired at check out and I was offered extended until 12 noon. I was in Brisbane for work and required parking until 3pm. I had to relocate to BCEC and had to pay for another day of parking.
