One night stop over. Red the reviews before going so knew what to expect. Staff very friendly. Check in easy. Its great it has a bar on site. Spacious family room. Dog friendly
As others have mentioned parking tight. However you can park on the road from 6pm - 8am.
Our room was ok but had one dead fly/bee on a towel and another on the curtain.
Rooms are dated and need a freshen up.
Removed linen on single bed and found duvet was stained.
Shower wasn't the best but again did the job.
Would we stay again- Yes it's okay for a one night stopover.

Friendly staff, great atmosphere downstairs in bar area.

Didn’t have breakfast but evening meal was superb. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Nice atmosphere about place and good that they had live musical entertainment in evening. Our room was ideal and spotless.
Whilst we had free WiFi in certain parts of hotel like our room it was intermittent. Apart from that no complaints.

Great value for money given the location. We always use this hotel as a stop off point on our long journey to the highlands.
Lovely being so close to the loch
We have stayed many times and never had issues but must have just been unlucky this time:
The staff at the reception was confusing to talk to and wasn’t very engaging giving mixed messages about breakfast availability and where to park. The rest of the staff were lovely though.
The shower in our room (111) was blocked so the basin filled up after 5 seconds of using the shower. The mattresses were also very sagged in the middle and the whole room needed a bit of a makeover (marks on walls and poorly painted over cracks/ damage on walls)
