What an exceptional experience, we won't forget in a hurry!

Everything The property exceeded our expectations. The views were breathtaking. The pictures do not do this property justice, it really is a beautiful place. Mr Manuel, the property host/owner was not just professional but also kind hearted and super helpful. We arrived quite late in the night which meant we could not get any basic supplies (water, drinks and snacks) as shops were closed. He went back to his house and got us water, Snacks and drinks to tide us over till the morning when we could pop into the shops ourselves. He also gave us a good tour of the apartment, information about the area, shops, taxi contact details, bus stop in front of the property too, he just made sure he provided us with all the information we neeeded. What else can i say? The sea views was lovely to wake up to and Madeira is just such a lovely place to visit. Everything required to make it a home away from home is available in the apartment. I read some of the reviews and every single improvement feedback was actioned, e.g shoe rack. The owner, Mr Manuel does care about the experience of his guests and their comfort in the apartment! Our kids loved every single moment we spent in the apartment, never mind us the adults! We will surely be back to Madeira and there is no question of where we will be staying because it will be this beautiful apartment . I think we were indeed lucky with booking.com this time - we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Exceptional

It was a very cozy welcoming. The host was amazing, very generous and understandable. Because of the bad weather our flight was cancelled after not getting any acommodation we recieved help from the host. We are really thankful. The house was super clean with a beautiful view. All points go to this apartment and it's host. Thank you very much!

It is 20min from the airport. Very fine for a few nights.

Very nice view!

The apartment is fine and well equipped, the only thing is noise during the night from the apartments above and next. And if you coming with children, they have to be more then silent :-) Which is sometimes impossible and then you have to deal with neighbours.

-Very welcoming, friendly, easygoing host -Nice ocean views -10 mins from airport

-Traffic noise could be heard at night - the room facing the front of the apt is particularly loud -Beds not particularly comfortable

Great place to stay

Great appartment, well equipped and a super nice view over the ocean from the balcony. Busstation is right next to the apartment, parking outside is also available. Great host as well, flexible and willing to inform you about Madeira.

public transportation is not always effcient in terms of time, but with a car or motor you can move easily.

Exceptional

The place is nicer the the pictures and the great view advertised really is stunning. We rented a scooter and had a blast touring the island and returning to the apartment. There is a bus stop right in front of the building to get to the capital. A short walk down to the beach. Free underground parking:)

Just be aware of the location and understand Madiera has steep roads everywhere. A Scooter/Bike/Car rental really will help make the most of the trip and this location.

Enjoyed every moment there

Beutifull view thru panoramic windomws, appartment has everything you need. Good locations, easy to reach main road. Nearby you find best local bakery in whole island. Host was super friendly and gives us good advices.

Kitchen knives wasn't sharp, and impossible to use them.

Located in a nice and quiet building, with a terrace and ocean view ! Manuel was a great host, very responsive. Appartement was clean and modern, would definitely go back!

Awesome ocean view

The apartment is very well furnitured, you have everything what you need. It is is soo cool to wake up and see the ocean view. As I work in IT branch, it was important for me to have a very good internet connection. The internet was very good, didn’t have any problems. The owner is very helpful and friendly.
