The location is perfect, the facilities are great, the staff were always happy to help.

Almost everything. This was a really good stay.

Thin walls within and outside the apartment. A coffee machine in the apartment would be a nice addition.

It was a disappointing stay. The pictures shown on booking.com are much better than the actual.

The staff is very nice. The location is good, many good café and restaurants nearby.

The housekeeping was really bad. We stayed 6 nights, they did not change the towels and linens. No real cleaning to the washroom and shower room. No toilet paper refilled, we went down to the front desk and got 1 roll per day (for the last two days). We stayed in the Superior Apartments, rooms are very old and not maintained well. There is no fan/ exhaust fan in the washroom. Beds are very soft.

Will never stay there again!

It was alright like any other apartment.

The staff! Also the A/C was leaking and we were charged for the stain the water from the A/C left on the couch. That was not our fault and the staff was very rude about it. They wouldn’t even let us go out the door until we paid that even though it was not our fault. Plus, I cleaned the stain and I was charged anyways.

Basic rooms, which were a bit dated. Apartment inventory in Spanish, which meant we couldn't easily cross-check.

Suprinsingly satisfied

The location is fantastic! The staff was accommodating, and it was nice to have the feeling of safety. Thinking of it as just a place to sleep, it was perfect. The door people jaqueline and miguel Angel were nice. Check in was perfect. There is a tiny kitchen, dining, living area to relax in the evening and store drinks which was perfectly fine.

I don't think towels were replaced, but was unsure. Aside from that nothing else. There also is only a huge window in the room, which makes it a little claustrophobic.

location is great. Rooms are small and not well laid out or maintained.

The staff was friendly and 24hr security was nice to have.

We had a maintenance issue with the airconditioner leaking and unusable on a Sunday, and there was no one to resolve it. We also had an "Interior Room," which I didn't realize meant you don't have actual windows. It felt like a cave, but also, there was a massive fire at the 711 on the corner the last night of our stay, and had it spread to our building, we wouldn't have had any way to escape. Not a safe situation at all.

The room was not the same as the pictures, they did not have a washing machine in the room, however there was a laundry room for us to use. when we requested the cleaning service we noticed that the zippers on all of our bags and backpacks were in different positions of how we left it which made us feel very uncomfortable with the security of the things we left in the room The shower did not feel super clean and after cleaning they took our hand and foot towel and did not replace it, neither they provided more hand soap.

i didnt like the flexibility. I booked the wrong size room by accident and tried to change it only 3 hours later and was met with no flexibility whatsoever. This made the trip more difficult.

Great location and spacious quiet room.

Location is great and room is quiet. You can have a good night sleep. Working AC, shower, kitchen. Towels are a bit old but they will change them for you every day. Also you can use laundry machine at night.

Gym is a bit small but better than nothing.

Disappointing

The room was filthy on check in, cleaning services were restricted as a bank holiday, sundays seem similarly under staffed

Room was not clean. particularly the bathroom. There were 2 coffee machines a Nespresso one (but its hard to find the pods locally) and à filter machine - the use of which would cause a leak if used as the jug was from another machine and didn´t release the coffee when in situ. Some of the crockery was dirty and the glassware still had bar code labels on - so again not cleaned. The room description states that there a washing machiine, there is not; there is a shared facility available at weekends and evenings.

Outdated hotel in prime location

The hotel is in a prime location just off Reforma and close to the city's five star hotels and many attractions and restaurantes. The unit is very large, even by Mexico City standards.

Size doesn't always matter! The unit was very large, however, the check-in process and enterring the building was complicated as it required buzzing the main door to get access every time. The furniture in the unit was outdated, the washroom faucet and shower were old and the washroom floor was uneven making it hard for it to dry . There was only one small window in the whole unit and it was in the bedroom. (I'm not sure this would be up to code in the USA or Canada for safety reasons.) There was a weird smell in the hallways. This place is fine if you're on a long layover and want budget-ish accomodation in Reforma, but I would not recommed it for a longer stay as I didn't feel very comfortable accessing the hotel and staying in the unit other than to sleep for a few hours.

Fabulous!

Great location, friendly staff, good facilities. clear communication and always helpful when you have a request. Great for long-term stay, but also short term.

Upon arrival there was a minor issue and the great thing about the property is that they immediately took care of it and solved it. No reason to complain, would definitely recommend and stay again.

the staff was very friendly and welcoming and helped whenever needed! The location is good, in reforma between condesa & polanco. Very near Chapultepec. Stayed there almost one month, and what I liked the most was definitely the staff & location.

Great location to visit the city

Location is great to visit the city, apartment is quite (but front door is very light) and clean, AC and WiFi work great, staff is very kind. There are several restaurants, coffee shops and little groceries (7Eleven and Oxxo). Bed is comfy and blinds are total blackout. Cleaning service is everyday as in an hotel and a laundry room is available too.

My apartment was a little bit old inside and the front door was light (so you can hear some noise from the hallway if someone is there but fortunately it has been not that busy). Gym is little and has basically only cardio machines. I suggest a free bottle of water at the arrival.

Clean rooms but staff was not accommodating.

Great rooms. Lots of appliances and very clean and comfortable.

The staff was not accommodating. They never brought us a third towel. They refused to let us add an additional guest, even for an extra fee, and even though they set the table in the room for 4 people. It was very strange and we ended up getting a separate apartment.

Kind and helpful staff, we arrived early in the morning, tired and cold, the cleaning lady offered hot coffee in the lobby, it saved us from the cold, the room has air conditioning with heating, towels and sheets were clean. Our son accidentally broke a glass and was worried that he would have to pay), but the administrator reassured him and said - don't worry. Good and friendly people work in this hotel.

We arrived at 06:00 in the morning and needed an for paid early check-in for 50$ from 06:00-12:00, but the security guard did not have an update on our reservation and we had to wait in lobby for the administrator until 8:00 when she came, we had to wait until 9:00 until the room was cleaned, in the end we paid $ 50 for entry from 9:00. the dishes were poorly washed, there were small pieces of dried food on the spoons (. Rim of the toilet not fixed and falling.
