Excelente lugar, calidad precio.

La ubicación, las instalaciones, la habitación. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme en el mismo lugar, los empleados muy amables y el servicio fue muy bueno.

Hubo un detalle con el calentador pero nos resolvieron súper rápido, también algunos lugares de la cocina y trastes estaban un poco sucios pero nada grave.

Overall, it's an acceptable place to stay due to its location.

The location was excellent, just a few blocks away from the World Trade Center. The staff was friendly.

The room was fine, but the apartment, in general, was neglected. When we arrived, there was trash in the bathroom bin.

Buena ubicación

No funcionaba el seguro de la puerta de entrada, alguien del edificio entró al departamento mientras nosotros nos encontrábamos dentro. Se reportó y aparentemente cambiaron pilas de entrada pero aún así la puerta continuó sin poderse cerrar por dentro lo cual exponía a que cualquier persona pudiera entrar fácilmente.

La ubicación

Las camas sonaban muchísimo casi no pude dormir ya que cada vez que me volteaba en la madrugaba me despertaba el sonido del rechinar de las camas. Aparte que las fotos que colocan en la reservación son del apartamento más precioso con vista la cual no es así en todas las habitaciones, Mi depa tenía vista a otra pared por todos lados y era súper pequeño en comparación con el de la foto

Muy buena ubicación.

Me hospedé aquí por la cercanía con el World Trade Center, asistí a un evento y estuvo genial, menos de 5 minutos caminando, con un Oxxo muy cerca y restaurantes con buena comida alrededor. El cuarto con mucho espacio.

Se alcanza a escuchar los ruidos de los otros cuartos y el domingo en la mañana muy temprano se escucha ruido porque instalan carpas de un sobre ruedas en la calle de un lado. No funcionó el seguro de la puerta, no es que se abra por fuera, pero no tiene un seguro adicional, para mi gusto le faltó algo para asegurarla como una cadena o pasador.

It was pretty clean

The photos on the page do not coincide with the reality. It's dark in there, all windows go a view inside of building, basically all you see is wall. some windows are permanently locked. there are no simple kitchen utensils (teapot, not enough spoons and forks for 4 people, I had to ask for matches at the reception. Also 3 towels for 4 people).

Girl on reception was very nice and was trying to help. Only her Our bed was quite comfortable The have a coffee machine Number we were renting was quite big and comfortable

1)Elevator was off almost all days and we were living on 4th flour 2) very noisy place. Nobody cares about noises. You have to go to reception and let them know. After that they will resolve it. Few nights we were listening the concert of a lady who was singing very loud and really bad, other nights we were listening Tv of our neighbors, sometimes some screams and crying. 3) no cleaning. Before we asked on 7th day nobody was even planning to make a cleaning 4) shower is very very small. It's licking. We asked to do something with that, of course that was never resolved. As well the ceiling in the bathroom was covered in black mold. 5) door of our Number is incredible! The key-locked stopped working with card on second day. Whey tried to fix it 2 times. At the end it's never started to work again. Locked on the door is unsafe, very weak. 6) the knife on the kitchen. It's awesome. It's only one and it's impossible even brake the banana with it, I don't say about cutting a bread or something harder. Very poor set of utensils on the kitchen 7) no shampoo, no shower gel, no even dish soap
