Directly at beach, spacious bedroom and bathroom, very clean, Rupesh, the owner, very friendly and accommodating, complimentary water every day, I could leave my luggage until I departed at 4PM

Amazing location on Palolem Beach very central. The view from the bed in the morning is amazing and the staff go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable.

Staff was humble, AC & Mini Refrigerator was provided
Instent Gyser was also provided but i feel it has earthing issue!!
Big problem is while entering the bathroom there is step with regular tiles (not a non slippery tile) make it slippery & dangerous!! My son slipped & narrowly escaped form hitting the step with head!!
Cups & Spoons provided was not washed but replaced them when asked anyway
Fisher men dries fish exact opposite to rooms makes area so smelly & inconvenience sply for vegitarians
