Serene and beautifully laid out clean property with tent like accommodations. Very artistic. The clean and nice swimming pool added to the comfort.

I booked Art Resort Goa based on glowing reviews online, but the reality was quite different from what was advertised.
We stayed for 2 nights, and the first night was genuinely terrible. . The technician who visited our room said, it was hot outside and AC is functioning is at it's best. The air conditioning unit was positioned just above the double bed area and did not cover the full room. On top of that, the AC capacity itself was too less for the room size. We even requested a basic pedestal fan as an alternative for the kids sleeping in the bunker bed— that too was not arranged. To make matters worse, the mattress cover and extra bedding covers caused severe itching to all the members in the family, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. Infact we started feeling the cooling effect of the AC only after 3AM in the morning :) and we slept after that.
After persistent follow-up the next morning, the staff finally removed the unnecessary bedding layers and provided a pedestal fan for the bunk bed area. The second night was significantly better as a result.
It's frustrating that basic hospitality — a proper functioning AC, clean comfortable bedding, and prompt response to guest complaints — had to be chased repeatedly. These are not luxury requests; they are essentials. So, if you're an Indian guest, be prepared for a noticeable difference in how you're treated — the hospitality is far from equal--you can easily feel that difference.
📍 Room Location – Important Note:
Be aware that most available rooms are around 200 metres from the beach. If you want a beach-facing or beach-adjacent room, call the resort directly and confirm well in advance — those rooms tend to get booked months ahead.
The resort may look appealing in photos, but I'd urge prospective guests to go in with realistic expectations.
