This was honestly the best stay of our entire trip! The property is located right on Palolem Beach, and we had a beautiful beachfront room. The location was absolutely perfect — you literally step out of your room and you're on the beach.The entire stay was so peaceful and relaxing. The room was extremely clean, the bathroom was spotless, and the AC worked perfectly. Everything was well-maintained and we genuinely couldn't find anything to complain about.
A special mention to Raj, our host, who was extremely helpful and welcoming. He even arranged an early check-in for us since the room was available, which was really appreciated after travelling.
The food at the Cocos restaurant was also amazing — honestly 5-star quality! Everything we ordered was delicious and there was absolutely nothing to complain about.
If you're staying in Palolem, I would highly recommend Cocos Beach Resort. One of the best and most peaceful stays we've ever had. Would definitely come back again! 🌴✨
The peaceful beach right in front, fresh breeze, clean room, amazing food, and such a helpful host — everything was just perfect. ❤️ ----------- nothing to complain about this resort.

The staff's support and the location is exceptional.
The rooms are good-sized, and the beach access is a great advantage.
The staff accommodates as many requests as they can, including the restaurant and services outside their immediate scope.
The approach to the hotel entrance has a stretch of road of around 300 meters, which is in terrible shape.
The management should get it repaired in coordination with other resorts in the area.
The food is average and the mixed drinks do not hit the mark. The service is quick and the staff is cordial, but the food needs improvement.

Beachfront, comfortable rooms, great food in the restaurant. Felt very safe there as 2 female travellers. Staff were exceptional, looked after us so well. Manjay and Raj were fantastic.

It’s right on the beach
1.Staff - They are more towards serving and assisting non-Indians. absolutely gives no f’s about us.
2.Services - had to request/ beg for arranging a scooter as I had an emergency and had to bring medicine.
3. cleanliness - The washroom was stinking.
4. Food - Took ages to receive food and again more priority was given to the non-Indians.
5. Price - Too expensive for this property. The resorts near this were much better and economical. Any service you avail, they are worried about the commission.
6. Amenities - Not sure if I was expecting more like a tv, refrigerator and a safe. but nope, nothing at all.
