The location!!! The views are incredible. The room is basic and there are no such amenities. But the views from the room makes up for everything. Lots of places walkable from the property. The room is big and spacious.
I wish they used better bed linens and curtains.
Provider some basic amenities like coffee/tea maker.

It was a very quiet and peaceful place to spend time by yourself, very well priced for what it is. Each individual cabin is isolated from each other, and each cabin has private access to the beach, and some even come with some lovely four legged friends as well. As far as I know, no other cabins do this.

Situated just a 5-minute walk from Patnem Beach, the resort offers a really beautiful view of the sea. You can enjoy the sunset from the porch or simply lie back on a hammock, and if you are lucky, a few indies or cats may join the quiet, peaceful moment. The staff are genuinely polite and courteous and helped us whenever we had any request. They also offered water bottles without any charges, which I found very thoughtful. Food is available on request, even though the options can be limited due to the ongoing LPG shortage.
The room is spacious and private for a couple, and it is a good, viable option for a short stay (between 2–3 days) at the beach. The resort is also quite close to a sunset point on the cliff, which is just a brief 5–10 minute walk.
The room I chose had an AC that was a bit noisy at first, but I got used to it over time. Although, I do wish the property considers checking on it. One thing that did bother me was that even though I locked the room every day before stepping out in the morning, I would always find it cleaned by the housekeeping staff (despite never requesting it). It is, of course, a good thing, but locking the door with keys feels unnecessary considering the staff has access to the room anyway.

It’s off the main beaches, room are ok
It’s not really good value considering alternatives as there’s nothing really special about it for the price could be much better
