The staff especially Malaika was very helpful. She was exceptional.
The place is a hidden gem. To reach there we have to cross fisherman's village.. roads are narrow full of potholes. Entry is little unattractive but when u reach the resort, the views there are breathtaking.
Need a better approach/ entrance
to the property.

Everything for so perfect! The location, the aesthetics, the beautiful Noah's Ark theme woven throughout the property, the amazing staff, the fabulous food, the proximity to the main Palolem street... I don't even know where to stop. Also, love now kind the staff is towards the dogs and cats that hang out in that area.
By far, the best Goa vacation I've had over the years
There is nothing not to like here. A couple of suggestions for improvement - The access or entry to the property needs some upgrading. And the air conditioning needs to be a bit better in the room we stayed - Kindness

Ark comforts is fine. It’s mostly clean, and the beach front bar and location is fantastic.
For the price, Ark Comforts is not fantastic (and that’s with us booking with a 15% discount). It’s far more expensive than pretty much every other option available on Palolem beach, and for what you pay, you will feel a little hard done by.
It’s definitely not a 5 star accommodation of experience, so be aware before booking.
