Good property and good location but room are not cleaned properly.

Very good location and property is very good. Room size is very big. Restaurant within property is very good and served very good food.

Bed had bedbug and created lot of problem to my partner.

Exceeded expectations

Very close to the beach perfect location, food was exceptional, staff were a delight. Restaurant: prices amazing very cheap for the amount of food you received and the quality

Needs a good manager to sort things out

It was ok. Not sure if there are any better hotels in the area.

Could be much better with good management. There was no hand towels, No bedside lamps. No hot water in the wash basin. There was a large shower curtain rail but no shower curtain so the sink got soaked. We were there three days before discovering if we wanted our room cleaned we had to leave our key at reception. Areas of the property look unfinished with unpainted boards and junk dumped in places. When a cow or dog craps on the property it needs to be cleaned and the surface washed not just throw a pile of sand on it.

Ухоженная территория, которую убирают ежедневно. Завтраки разнообразные за 2 недели проживания не надоели. Место расположение, до океана 1 минута пешком по проулку. Комфортный выход.

Регулярные отключения электричества, к которым конечно за отпуск привыкаешь. Однако если вы работаете онлайн, то это будет проблемой, как и очень слабый вайфай на всей территории. Это кейс, к которому привыкнуть нельзя))

Relaxing & peaceful

The staff were extremely helpful & friendly. The hotel was so close to the beach which was amazing. Kitchen staff were friendly and the food was great!

Not much to note here. I had trouble connecting to the internet on my first night but the staff responded straight away and all was good.

What a lovely stay!

Absolutely beautiful spot to have a restful trip. Great restaurant and food options. Staff are amazing and incredibly helpful. Close to the beach.

Internet was slow at my room. Much better in other spots including the restaurant.

Bathroom pot pushed back water when u flush. one restaurant to have break fast didn't have cook. direction to the hotel or due to which i has scratches in my car. reception staff needs to be trained. lot to be desired

30 seconds to the beach. Big clean rooms

- My room was less than 30 seconds to the beach - Room is massive and bed was really large and comfortable - Big bathroom and strong hot shower - Breakfast was available from 3 different restaurants within 50/75 meters of the hotel - Staff were incredibly friendly - Quick and cheap laundry service - They arranged a taxi to and from the airport for me(R/s.2500 each way), not the cheapest but took the stress away of having to haggle and sort it myself, plus the driver was good and safe

- Realised after check out that I didn’t get my R/s.1000 key deposit back - Wi-Fi was ok, but would cut out - Electricity/power would cut out multiple times a day (as seems to be the case everywhere in India) however when it comes back on there is a loud noise and this happened a couple of times each night

peaceful relaxing and perfect

i cannot explain how fantastic this place was , just 50 feet from the beach and we had deluxe rooms with beautiful gardens of tropical plants , the rooms were very clean but simple with a flat screen tv and air con and a small fridge the queen size bed was comfortable and the cleaners were available everyday if you needed them , breakfast was exceptional with a good choice at 2 restaurants ,next season they will have there own restaurant , rooms were supplied with fresh bottled water everyday and towels , this kind of holiday would suit all ages and great for kids of all ages , staff were very friendly .also they internet was very fast 5G , i would not hesitate going back to this place again , also there were no loud music just peaceful place to relax and explore palolem beach , the beach is all sand and fantastic for kids and no swimmers .

Comfortable stay by the beach with great staff

Clean, quiet, good location close to beach. Rooms have little touches like tea/coffee and shampoo/shower gel which make the difference. Staff were very helpful.

This was my third time staying at oxygen and it was same experience every time. smooth booking, late night checkin with smiling welcoming faces, ready to accommodate always, rooms are biggest you can find on this beach, green lush outside, breakfast has awesome choices and very tasty, in front of beach but away from hustle and bustle. Looking forward to my next visit

Wonderful stay at Palolem

Loved my stay here the second time. Very close to the beach, helpful staff, clean and decent rooms. Liked the welcome with tender coconut 😀. Overall it was wonderful experience staying here second time. Though the price is bit on higher side but completely worth spending given the comfort and clean rooms and accessibility to beach just 100 mts Or even less. Staff is very helpful and accommodate all reasonable requests.

Everything was fine. Breakfast should be optional I feel otherwise all good.

Palolem beach is an amazing beach and oxygen is located on the quieter side of the beach. 2 choices of restaurants for breakfast. Very helpful, friendly and caring staff.

Breakfast starts late for families with young children, but this seems to be standard timing in Goa.
