About this house rental
Nestled in Traverse City, this attractive house for $350 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This wonderful 3 BR/1.5 BA home is comfortably furnished and is perfectly situated between the State Park Beach located on Easy Bay (1.5 blocks away) and the TART trail. The TART trail is a 10.5 mile paved trail that traverses from the east side of Traverse City all of the way to the west side where it links with the Leelanau Trail. Our guests often enjoy jumping on the TART Trail and biking to put-put golf, the water park or to various near restaurants. Walk or bike the sidewalk to the State Park Beach where you will find blue water, miles of sandy beach and playground for the kids. The home has just been renovated with carpet, paint, freshly refinished wood floor, tile and furnishings. It features a spacious kitchen and living room area perfect for gathering with friends and family.

The house was very nice, clean and spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you would need to cook. Good pans!
The hosts were very nice and helpful and even agreed to send something that we left behind. It was also very close to the lake which of course the kids loved! And close enough to walk into town. All in all a great experience!

4 siblings and 1 spouse attending our annual family reunion, very nice and conveniently located house to stay in, we used the TART trail as well and could walk to the beach for a morning dip. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was very well set up for a family weekend getaway. The beach was an easy walk (about 2 blocks), and restaurants were a short drive away. The neighborhood is quiet.

We have a large family and this house was a perfect get away for us. So close to Lake Michigan and only 30 minutes from Torch Lake. It was amazing, our kids didn't want to leave. We definitely will be staying again when we visit Traverse City.

The property was perfect for our family! We loved the bunk beds so our older kids could hang together! Loved that it was close to the Tart trail. We rented bikes and getting around via the trail was super easy! The house was clean, nicely decorated, and fit our needs!

This listing was everything we needed for our visit to traverse city. We did not spend much time in the house itself due to planned events and outdoor activities. Kitchen was mostly stocked up & easy to navigate. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Appreciated our trip!

Perfect house for a getaway
My friends and I stayed at this lovely home while visiting Traverse City. We loved the location (not too far from downtown, Mission Point, and the TART trail was at the end of the street), the size of the home (fine for 6 women), the cleanliness and decor, the deck in the backyard, the size of the kitchen, and the quick response to texts from the owners. We had a wonderful 4 night stay here, and would recommend it to others. No doubt, we’ll be back!

Our family had a great time. This house was good for small kids since there are no stairs. Location was good for walking to the beach. Slight musty smell, but everything was clean. Lots of extra towels and blankets were nice to have as well.

This was a great choice for 2 couples and 2 children. The kids loved their bunk beds. Having 2 sets of bunk beds let each of them sleep on the top bunk which they thought was pretty cool. The kitchen was easy to cook in. It had Everything we needed. The grill and the deck in the back with furniture was a nice surprise.

Nice place to stay. We enjoyed it. The house is so cute and was clean, except for cobwebs near ceiling at back door. And the living room rug needed to be vacuumed. A few more lights or lamps would be great.
