The hotel offers a great seafront location with beautiful views. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast provided a good variety of options to start the day. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and good value for money in Da Nang.
The swimming pool area could be improved. Adding lighting around the pool during sunset and in the evening would make it more enjoyable and enhance the overall atmosphere. The tempered glass surrounding the pool would also benefit from more frequent cleaning, which would enhance the overall appearance and atmosphere of the pool area.

Beautiful location wonderful front of house staff and well maintained rooms.
The swimming pool area was worn tacky dirty and felt unsafe no cover from the sun didn’t swim in the pool as the stairs to it were shaky, bought a dinner package as well as having breakfast free. Didn’t order from it as it was burger fries and wasn’t what we expected, disappointed in the breakfast selection and the total lack or interest from the staff there who did t look up from their phones. Moved hotels after 4 nights to a place with a safe pool and decent breakfast. The staff downstairs were wonderful as they watched the bucket filling from the leak in the ceiling and actually refunded one of our 3 remaining nights which I did not expect. The place in the river was the same price per night modern and well maintained

It was a very good breakfast included with our room booking. The view was enjoyable, but it's only because of the vacant block that you can still see the ocean. It was convenient to where we wanted to go.
It is not worth the high price for the room. It's not the beachfront, but a back-water street location. The price should never be so high. We visited the pool at the top of the building, thinking of going for a swim - but it does not look clean or well kept. The glass wall around the pool-top area were also stained & dirty so it was not welcoming at all. We changed our minds. The lift is very small (hardly fits 2x Westerners & 2x backpacks! Lift is also very slow, especially when housekeeping begin to do their work & you also want to use it. The silly "rainfall" shower heads are in this room - which are useless for washing long hair. Very hard to wash hair with 1 hand while having to hold the hose-shower with the other. THIS NEEDS FIXING for overall guest comfort. You cannot clean yourself thoroughly with a 'rainfall shower head' - it only gets you wet.
Blanket/covering on the bed looks good as they tuck it in all the way around, but it is NOT BIG ENOUGH to cover 2x Westerners in the large bed. Covering is also too short as you cannot even pull it up to your ears when getting into bed. One of us struggled every night, to stop from getting a chilled on chest as we didn't want to get sick because of not being warm enough. Hate having the covering tucked in all around the bed - you have to yank it out to climb into bed & it pulls all the bottom sheet out as well so you end up having to remake the bed before you can get into it.
