The staff especially the owner Catherine and Micheal they were the super stars of this property. The treated us like their family members. Plus the property is a minute away from the shore which has very strong waves. If you want to enjoy quietness and want to be away from noise pollution, this is the right spot for you.
The property does not have a hot water kettle, tv or a fridge. These facilities should be available if you are traveling with kids. Further the property is in a wilderness area in which elephants come often.

The place is absolutely amazing, rooms well decorated and with great attention to details to make sure guests are in extreme comfort. The swimming pool is also very clean and surrounded by beauty. The owners are extremely nice and available, and the area is quiet

Absolute calm & relaxing paradise (even incense sticks mornings and evenings around the hotel!!), surf spot right next door incl teacher/rental option, owners offering a variety of other activities, clean location
Breakfast could be more varied (esp veggie/vegan options), location is quite remote

The property is walkable distance to a surf beach. We took a surf lesson early in the morning which gave us lots of time to enjoy the pool and go out to Arugam Bay later in the afternoon which is a tuk tuk ride away. The hosts are the loveliest / welcoming people and they serve a great homemade jam for breakfast!
