lovely and welcoming place with a great breakfast. The homemade cakes baked by the manager’s mother were especially delicious. The managers were warm, friendly, and very helpful, with great tips for Naples. Highly recommended!

The staff were friendly and familiar. Got good recommendations for restaurants and sights to see. The breakfast was generous and a great intro to Naples food culture! The rooms are functional. There was a fridge, AC, free toiletries, 2 towels per person, and coffee & fruit available throughout the day. Easy walk to restaurants and the sea front.
A little inaccessible. The rooms are on the 3rd floor with a small elevator. The street outside is a one-way, so good to book taxi in advance or be comfortable walking.

Salvatore was fantastic - and Marco, so kind - the breakfast was exceptional, and the welcome was also - made everything easy and warm - and I appreciated it a lot - there's a lot of love between the Italians and the Irish I think, and I only wish I could have stayed longer, thank you!

Staff couldn't be more helpful - they were proactive messaging me to ensure they were ready for when we arrived, provided a lovely home made Italian breakfast as well. the facilities were lovely and were in a great location, just 15 minutes on the bus from Naples central station and a few streets away from the sea front. Napoli Tree were brilliant and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to experience Naples.
I have no suggestions for improvements. Everything exceeded my expectations.
