Tolles Haus für einen Aufenthalt auf Pico - empfehlenswert.

Tolles Haus in grüner und ruhiger Umgebung. Sehr modern eingerichtet. Es gibt eine Terrasse, von welcher man sogar Meerblick hat. Zudem gibt es eine Feuerstelle.

Die Küche dürfte etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Es gibt eine Abwaschmaschine, aber keine Tabs. Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine, aber keine Pads (das könnte man in der Beschreibung ergänzen, sodass man Pads mitnehmen könnte).

Mooie woning op rustige locatie

Prachtig huis op een mooie rustige locatie. Vriendelijke host. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. De huizen zijn ruim en je hebt er veel privacy. Vlakbij de oceaan en enkele restaurants.

Bien pero mejorable

la ubicación, las vistas, espacios amplios, además de la tranquilidad de no tener otra casa pegada

la limpieza no era buena, el microondas no funcionaba y el horno apestaba a pescado y estaba bastante sucio, había muchos bichos (arañas, cucarachas bichos de la humedad, que tuvimos que solucionar nosotros llendo al supermercado a comprar producto específico para ello) las luces para llegar a la casa estaban estropeadas y al no poder aparcar cerca por ser un acceso muy estrecho te obligaba a ir con las linternas del movil fuera justo al lado de la entrada a la casa, tenian acúmulo de basura y los dias de sol olía muy mal

A place with great potential.

Modern kitchen appliances, good coffee machine, good wifi reception, spacious bathroom & shower. Good hot water supply, comfy bed, AC in bedroom, washer dryer on site, spacious parking. No bugs nor mosquitoes.

Was not the property advertised. Broken outdoor long chairs.

Nice view and terrace.

House has a big potential, but unfortunately is not cared of Mold was in the bathroom, bedroom and had really wet smell. Owner told us that he will send us recommenadtions but he didnt commucinate with us also when we were asking where to leave the keys. Not worth for the money

Well-equipped private villa in convenient location

Big space inside and outside. Very private, surrounded by the forest. Washing and drying machine available. Very well equipped kitchen. Convenient spot to visit the island. Amazing staff.

Keep the windows closed as animals can enter. Of course this is the cons of being a beautiful villa in the forest, so no complain.

Perfect house, wonderful view and excellent host

The location was absolutely fabulous with a wonderful view. The host was very helpful on different aspects. (car rental, quide for pico mountain) Fabio is a great and relaible guy

What a wasted potential - absolutely not worth it in its current state

The house has a nice location with a lot of potential and the host was easy to communicate with but unfortunately that's where the positive things end. We had initially booked a 5 night stay that we cancelled after the first night and only because it was too late to find a different place that late. The place just seemed like it hasn't been inhabited or even taken care off in a long time. We entered the place only to find a very strong smell of humidity that gave both of us a headache within the hour. While this is understandable with the climate on Pico, we have stayed at other places that were aired out and at the very least well kept and didn't have remotely the smell of this place. There was mold in one of the closets in the bedroom, the kitchen and fridge were not very clean (and lacked a trash can) and there was no blanket at all so we had to drive 25 min one-way to Madalena at 9PM to get a blanket. We checked out first thing in the morning and it was the best decision we could make.

Top location with panoramic view, comfortable house

Well equiped house and kitchen. Great location and view over Sao Jorge. Super quiet and private.

The house is humid which gives a smell to blankets, sheets and closets. Azores climate is humid but some walls in the house are humid too. More attention to this is needed.
