A perfect place in a perfect location!

This place is beautiful, clean and tidy, it has all the facilities, it’s near all the happening places but is still quiet, the balcony and sea view was perfect, the bus stop to take u to all the beaches is just a five minute walk, honestly I and my friends would stay here again. This is a perfect place and perfect location with perfect and attentive hosts thank you so much 😊

Nothing really, I thought everything made sense even the approach to the property, by the elevator, it’s just a matter of putting the light on , but the place is super safe and super secure so this is not a negative.

Fabulous spacious modern clean apartment

A superb modern apartment with every facility needed, including washing machine, iron, toaster, coffee maker, and a welcoming gift of biscuits and water. The apartment is so bright, spacious and beautifully decorated. It is excellently located in the centre of Heraklion but yet peaceful and quiet. We had a lovely balcony to relax on after a day in the heat. The host was particularly kind to arrange parking for us at the last minute after we decided to rent a car.

We found it very difficult to find the entrance to our apartment on our first night. Ideally we should have taken a photograph of the entrance to help us locate it.

Nice interiors, would not plan on arrival here at night time

The interior was very very nice. Immaculately, clean, very comfortable beds, fully equipped.

The entrance is very sketchy. This is not staffed with a doorman, or anyone else at the entrance. you simply walk in to a lobby that anyone off the street can walk into, then have to either climb stairs in the pitch black or take an elevator up to your floor, which I got locked in for 10 minutes because the elevator malfunction. Again would be a nightmare for a woman traveler, or even group of women. Anyone from the street can follow you in and in this lobby could rob you or worse.

Spacious and clean

Spacious property with high speed Internet throughout the place. location was very ideal for Heraklion site seeing. Very quiet despite the location of bars and restaurants.

The hangers were stuck inside the closet. Difficult to hang. I wish there was a washer/dryer. The parking space was great but very tight.

A lovely retreat above the busy streets, close to the action but as secluded as you wanted to be.

The property was spotlessly clean and well appointed. It was close to everything in the centre of the old town and had peaks of the sea from the large, sunny patio. There were lots of little touches that showed the hosts had really thought about our overall experience; the sparkling wine was a nice welcome thought.

Wonderful!

The apartment is excellent, super comfortable, very bright and spot clean. Location could not be better. During my stay I had a minor health issue and it was great have such comfortable and safe to spend the day off. All doubts were clarified in the moment. Looking forward to stay there again!

We would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable beds, nice bathroom and quality kitchen. It's a very relaxing oasis right in the city. The location within the city makes it easy to walk anywhere and is located in a nice pocket of the city - no late-night bars in earshot. The nearby parking garage is convenient but a bit expensive because it's valet. We also had our road bikes and started a few rides from the apartment - the roads and traffic in the city were absolutely fine and in fact rather fun - drivers are aware and respectful of cyclers (not related to the apartment but we preferred the few kilometers into and out of Heraklion compared to the stress of dealing with stray dogs in some towns near Heraklion ... we did not notice this problem further out in the country). We would definitely stay here again.

This is the place where you want to stay

Just to make it clear from the very beginning: this is the place where you want to stay in Iraklio, as simple as that. The apartment is very clean and cosy, equipped with everything that you are going to need for a short holiday (I stayed 10 days but would have loved to stay longer). The situation is perfect: it's a short walk to all the main attractions, restaurants and city centre (well, you are in fact in the city centre). Your host, Alberto, is very friendly, helpful and uncomplicated. The beautiful and spacious terrace deserves an extra paragraph for its own. Once you are there, you realize it is even better than what you expected from the photographs. I really enjoyed my breakfast in the sun and the late evening beer under the stars. It really is a highlight that you don't want to miss, take my word! ;-) All in all: do yourself a favour and don't hesitate. I highly recommend this apartment and the day I come back to Iraklio I will contact Alberto and try to stay here again. If you are reading this: you've just found what you are looking for.

Exceptional

From the street level, you wouldn't even know this place existed. This place is very modern. It has motorized shades, a beautiful patio/deck and an array of lighting options. The view overlooking Heraklion to the sea is very cool. The owner took great care in creating all the details of the this place.

Great host and really nice apartment. Location is top notch if you wanna visit downtown Herakleion.

-Part of an old building so the entrance is a little confusing and hard to find. -If you are a bigger group of friends ask for extra pair of keys. -Hard to find parking if you re travelling with car because of the super central location.
