Very kind and friendly staff, big apartament with huge and super comfortable bed. Japanese ryokan style supper and breakfast were delicious. Private onsen experience was great.

Lovely onsen, onsite parking, good size room. Dinner and breakfast were amazing.
The mattress had seen better days. It was a little hard to find.

Very pleasant and comfortable Ryokan. Service is impeccable.
There is a bar but not attended by anybody most times I am in lobby. Nice if I could have a coffee or such!
Place little far from station, and had to call taxi to get back...costs about Y1300. Though Ryokan had shuttle service but it runs at certain times which obviously doesn't suit anybody because you can't control the train timings and you therefore can't control your return

Breakfast and dinner were exceptional, ate like a king! Staff were friendly too.
The room and lobby along the rooms were extremely eerie. The public bath looks bit run down. It feels like I’m back in the 80s.
They should probably change the lighting of the room and corridors, make it more livelier and inviting.
