disappointment this time

Location very close for city centre !

very dirty house and old utensils, one towel for 9 days, no toilet paper, smelly sheets and pillows, it looked like the house was abandoned. Note: he offered to clean it when I reported the dirt but I didn't accept it because it needs to be done first !

The view is amazing Flat very spacious Good sleep Had a comfortable stay

Due to health reasons the stairs were hard work. There are loads of kitchen essentials, would of liked more tea cups and baking trays. There is a leak under the sink when washing machine is on. Toilet seat doesn't stay up. These are just little things that can be fixed, and didn't effect our stay. We would love to come back next year if we could have a lower flat..

Good location with easy access to historical attractions, spacious rooms, good-sized beds

The property is quite dated and needs an uplift. While the bathroom was clean, the carpets were dusty and the kitchen appliances needed some cleaning. As we stayed just for two nights, we didn’t invest in tidying up ourselves, so chose not to cook at the place.

Disappointing

Location was perfect

The cleanliness of the kitchen and bathroom. I am not particularly fussy, I liked in a tent for a while, and on a campsite. The 2 bedrooms where fine. The sofa bed The mattress had stains on it.. the cosmetic of the front room was shabby, which was nether here no there. The kitchen was unclean, everywhere including freezer cupboars and fridge. The bathroom had rusty hinges that where yellow stained the toile was unclean and the general feel about the bathroom was unhygienic. This property would be lovely, with a thorough clean and some painting, or slightly refurbishment. That said we got around it and had a lovely stay the front room was okay to hang out in and the bedrooms had comfy beds. That were clean.

Our stay was within our expectations and suited our needs. Bathroom could do with a touch-up but was perfectly functional and had a nice hot shower. Kitchen could do with spring clean.

I hope little cheaper to stay longer time

first, it hasn't an elevator and also there is not any reception to help us to carry our luggage. second, the water supply for sinks is very different, also very hot or very cold, no way for worms

Walking distance from town and beach, great value for money and clean.

Great location with good access to beach and town. Good value for money.

Bathroom could do with a bit of updating but that's all!

Excellent and Central to Ammenities

The best thing about the Property was the central location to shops and Portsmouth & Southsea Station. Close proximity to the University of Portsmouth. Also, the entry system was fully electronic and the building is secure. Hosts were readily reachable via Email and Telephone and were lovely professional people. I would recommend the place to anyone who is visiting Portsmouth now or in future.

Maybe the price can be lowered a little....

I would certainly not stay here again which is a shame as we have stopped in this building before when staying in Portsm

the property was in a good in location for the Great South run which were in Portsmouth for.

The kitchen was very unclean, there was a mop bucket of dirty water left in the corner, we had to go and buy cleaning products after we arrived all the glasses and mugs in the apartment were dirty. the washing up liquid that has been left for us to use was watered down. The shower was dirty and the curtains in the double bedroom were half falling down. we contacted the owners to say it was dirty and was not offered someone to come and clean

Everything was great in the apartment and close to all the amenities, bedding and towels supplied were of good standard, had a enjoyable stay and would recommend to others.

Being on top floor and going up and down stairs, but after 5 days stay you got used to them. Could do with a bath mat as bath was quite slippy after 5 people using it.

Amazing location, friendly staff, we really enjoyed our holiday there.

Could do with a couple of oven trays, then again The Dolphin is just down the road and The Still and West is around the corner!

No warning that its on top/4th floor until Access Letter arrived 24 hrs before. Not suitable for people with mobility issues.

Perfect for us with everything nearby and beautiful view

Excellent location and beautiful view from the window. Just 5 minutes walk to the Spinnaker tower and all the shops. The property is nice, spacious and was very clean with all the things provided. The parking can be a bit difficult at busy times but other than that, everything was great.

it was close to everything in Portsmouth and was a good walking distance from a lot of things

The double bed is two singles put together so can be quite uncomfortable when towards the middle. The shower could be improved as the water didn’t always drain quickly and the side panel had come off when we arrived although it did go back easily

Great location and comfortable flat

The flat is spacious and comfortable (2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen) and the location is great to explore Portsmouth. You can see the Spinaker from the kitchen window! I would stay there again.

Internet was not working one evening although there is Netflix available when it does work! The pans provided are all quite dirty/sticky making it hard to cook. I would provide less but ensure they are usable in between each visitors.

Should not be listed as room for 6 people

The location was great, centrally located and close by to the pier, restaurants and tourist attractions. Parking was provided as well for the two vehicles we had.

The unit was messy and not cleaned when we arrived. The host said to us no one had been there in the last week. The garbage was smelly and even after the host had "cleaned" the unit two hours after our check in time, there were dirty dishes in the cupboards and the cupboard doors and handles were sticky and filthy. The coffee maker hadnt been cleaned either. Also, the sofa bed was not ideal for two adults to sleep on. Maybe two children, but it was severely uncomfortable and the two guests using the sofa bed had to find alternative accommodations.
