Exceptional

Everything the manager Roy was a great wealth of info about the area , the decor was so elegant sophisticated and yet understated and soso clean I couldn't recommend this complex anymore and look forward to our return trip in the summer . And as a side note it is only 5 minute walk from the centre with plenty of different nationality restaurants from fillipino to Thai within 2 minutes walk . My fiancee would like to add that this was a perfect place to stay .

They gave our room to some one else

It was somewhere to sleep

Moved to a smaller apartment with no notice and the room had not been cleaned properly We booked an apartment with s separate bed room though your selves and received confirmation but on arrival we could not enter the key code to the room Half an hour later we finally managed to reach the emergency phone number it's a unmanned hotle.to be told we had been moved. 5he fact we had dinner reservations and no time to find something else we had to take it I emailed the company to complain there and then and was told some one would get back to me no one has On returning to the room my wife spent a fun filled hour removing cobwebs as cleaned the toilet of other people's hair.some of it phobic We have stayed in these apartments meany times and found them extremely good but this time not so

Lovely town and people, worse break ever been on, went for a well earned break.total waste of Money

Only positive I came away with was Cheltenham is a great place.

Only one out of the three windows opened, dangerous if a fire broke out. Air conditioning was not working, the maid said it must have been hell in there last night. The company rep knew the air conditioning wasn't working but despite this when we complained the second time, he actually gave us the remote control for the faulty unit again. We had no sleep for the 2 nights we spent in the suite. It said air con in the description when we booked the suite, as a asthma sufferer I need this and preferably open windows. - Best thing the suite is available for tonight - Irresponsible Clowns.

Exceptional

This is a very clean, modern, and well located hotel. The room was large, comfortable, and quiet. The building architecture is very interesting and attractive. The hotel location is very close to Cheltenham High Street and other shopping areas. Excellent restaurants nearby. I would certainly stay in this hotel again. The code system giving entry to the building and the room worked flawlessly. No problems. This is a hotel for the independent traveler, not for the person wishing full hotel services, which this hotel does not aim to provide.

I liked all of it. But this hotel is definitely for the independent traveler carrying a cellphone. I do not recall a phone in the room. There was an emergency line in the ground floor lobby. Also the hotel does advise in advance that the hotel is not for people with mobility issues. My room was on the third floor and there were many stairs to get to the room.

Pretty good for the discounted price we paid

Very clean, nice stylish decor, comfortable bed.

Shower pressure very poor & fixing didn’t stay in place. Disappointed that smart TV wasn’t connected to the internet.

Disappointing.

The room was small but stylish & the location of the hotel is excellent.

The room evidently hadn't been dusted for quite some time - the radio next to the bed was so thick with dust you could have written your name in it! Other surfaces were obviously dusty too. Before my stay, I had emailed to check it would be possible to leave some luggage with reception before check in. When I arrived, there were no staff on reception (and I didn't see any staff the entire time I was there!) I called the hotel number to ask where I could leave my luggage, and was advised to leave my bags under the communal staircase in the entrance hall. While there is a code on the hotel door so that only guests can enter, there's no way that I will leave my valuable personal possessions in an open, communal space. I had also asked about a late check out and was told to arrange this at the property. Again, as there were no staff around, this was impossible.

Lovely room with excellent amenities. Perfect location for seeing Cheltenham!

Perfect location for everything in the town centre, able to walk everywhere really quickly. Loved the atrium and ceiling blind. Loved the wet room and all the amenities in the room (microwave etc)

The room wasn’t as big as I thought it would be but I think that was just because I didn’t have a good idea of the square footage referenced. I think it’s a stretch to call it an apartment or even a suite. It’s a lovely appointed room, but not an apartment.
