Quello che si paga non e' compensato meglio non accettare

solo la posizione

tutto iniziamo dalla tv no satellitare nulla in cucina sporco con scarafaggi letto piccolo per tre appartamento vecchi non manutenzione poi lo schifo di vedere questi del bangaldesh che attendono i clienti per prendere i soldi una scena un po infelice cmq non ripeterò piu questa esperienza meglio evitare andare su hotel sicuri e puliti

What a disappointment

Location was good. Also air con worked well. As well as wifi, untill it did not.

I have never ever in my life been in such a dirty place, where every inch of the property needs to be repaired. Dirty sheets, curtains, staines all over the sofa. Chaires are in such a bad condition that someone will fall with it. I left earlier and went to a proper hotel.

Worth the money

Big enough for a family of 4. Big bathroom. Kl tower view.

Small hall. Since it is small. Tv was located in the master bedroom. If u come with yiur kids. Then it is okay.

Would never ever stay here again and will not recommend to anyone.

The location was good and that’s about it.

We were not told that we had to pay in cash ( no credit card option) when we arrived. A guy met us after we had to call him. The exchange of cash was done in the foyer- in front of everyone with no receipt. . Plus they added an extra 10% service charge on top of the price. The apartment itself was gross and dirty. It was old, stains on the carpet and bed linen, cigarettes burns on the carpet, smelt like mold, toilet smelt like old urine, and even water stains on the curtains?? I even killed a couple of cockroaches. It was a horrible experience. Never again.

A huge disappointment

great location

We rented two apartments for 7 nights. One was somewhere between adequate, the other, terrible. A stifling smell of smoke permeated the entire apartment. If my asthmatic son was in that apartment, it would definitely caused an asthma attack. The apartment is in very poor repair. Mats covered huge gaps in the flooring, the sink and bench unit is broken and old, and the shower door leaked, An unidentified noise woke me up at night and went on for hours. I had to sleep with earplugs AND a pillow on my head The outlook is much worse that the one upstairs - onto brick building and extraction units Smells came up through the bathroom vents, particularly strong smells of urine. Meantimes, the owner was nonchalant about the situation. It was really disappointing and made worse by the fact that they made us pay 7-days of accommodation x 2 rooms in cash, presumably to avoid taxes. I’m usually reluctant to post a negative review as I am aware that someone’s livelihood is riding on it, however I feel that it is unfair for potential guests not to be warned about this place.

Yes for shortstay during peak season when you unable to locate a better accomodation, else No.

location is nice, direct link with berjaya time square and daily parking fee is acceptable.

host did not reach out until I whats-app him few hours before check-in to ask for check-in details. room is not same as published. no WiFi access in room. bathroom floor is flooded, flooring problem. kitchen sink and table have a lot of small cockroach coming out at night time.

The man asking for extra RM 100 from us to get the double bed, when they know already that we are 5 altogether, how can they gave us a single bed?

Overall very Good experience.

Very Good Location and Comfortable place to Stay. has kitchen with all basic necessities.

No Extra Matters. No Coffee or Tea No Washing Machine. Lights in the Room and sitting area were very low with few not working.
