A beautiful location, a short walk from the vibrant parts of Trastevere. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We forgot to take our complimentary drink from the bar and the next morning, when we went to pay for our coffee, we were told not to worry. Not a big deal but still appreciated.
A slightly stale smell in the hallways but importantly it was not present at all in our room.

The staff were friendly and welcoming
The location was quite inconvenient, as the hotel was either best reached by taxi or required walking up a very steep incline. The room was very small and had a strong acidic, lemony smell from the cleaning products, which remained throughout our stay. The duvet had no cover and had some strange brown marks, which made us hesitant to use it. There was also no toilet paper in the room, and since the reception was only staffed until 15:00, we had no way to ask for it later, which was very inconvenient. The breakfast offered no choice, they simply brought a set selection to the table. Although the staff were pleasant, the fact that no one was available after 15:00 made the stay considerably less comfortable.
