Herr Burger (?) von der Rezeption war wirklich sehr bemüht alles zu beseitigen und dafür danke ich ihm sehr

Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war wie immer sehr zuvorkommend Freundlich und unfassbar bemüht.

Leider hat vor uns jemand im Zimmer geraucht und das Zimmer roch nach kaltem Rauch. Was natürlich ärgerlich ist aber trotzdem akzeptiert werden kann… im Laufe des Abends hat es nur leider im Bad auch so furchtbar nach Abwasser gerochen, dass wir dies nicht aushalten konnten und das Zimmer wechseln mussten, was ich zunächst vermeiden wollte. Die Rollos hatten wir über Nacht unten aber diese sind so locker gewesen, dass sie in der Nacht alle paar Minuten so laute Geräusche gegeben haben durch den Wind, dass ein einschlafen leider nicht möglich war… wir sind oft und gerne in diesem Hotel aber diese Woche war der Wurm drin.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The check-in process was inconvenient but the rest of the stay went smoothly.

We really enjoyed the stay. The room was spacious, modern and had a nice atmosphere. There is a bus stop accross the road which helped with travelling.

Although our actual room was spotless, the interior of the building itself, does not meet up to the standard of the gorgeous rooms. We also didn't have a kettle which we thought was included. The check-in process was very messy. We had to walk accross to another building to check-in. Hotel Lifestyle sent a message stating this. But I never had wifi or signal. And later when I read it - it also wasn't clear. They did also have instructions at the actual hotel reception but they were all in German and because I had no wifi I couldn't translate it and was had to walk in the rain assuming I was headed to do the right thing.

Wiederholenswert!

Alles prima. Ich würde das nächste mal eine Espressokanne und Espressokaffee mitnehmen - so könnte ich mir einen Kaffee machen. Mir wurde auch nach Anmeldung die Sauna angeheizt. Der Pool war angenehm und nicht zu kalt. Parken in der Tiefgarage - top. Ich würde zu diesem Preis wieder buchen.

Vielleicht tatsächlich die Beleuchtung etwas dunkel. Im Bad etwas unangenehmer Geruch. Im Zimmer ein paar Schönheitsmakel (ausgeblichene Stellen an der Küchenplatte und am Schreibtisch direkt ein Loch eingerissen - man fragt sich manchmal, was Gäste in den Zimmern so machen).

Mein Zimmer war sehr geräumig, mit kleiner Küche, großem Bad und ausreichend Platz. Bequeme Betten und angenehm ruhig.

Es war alles in Ordnung.

I wouldn't recommend nor would I return.

Reception wasn't manned and instructions to go to hotel across the road were in German Large living space in room separate from bedroom was good but there were little or no utensils or equipment provided (ie. no kettle). The wifi didn't work for a short time and there was no phone to contact recption so had to go across the road to other hotel to sort out. It felt like basic student accomodation and we discovered that that was exactly what it was sometimes used for - long term "cheap" accomodation. Only it wasn't cheap for 1 night. Breakfast wasn't included and when we saw the pandemonium in the hotel across the road where our hotel's breakfast was provided we were glad. Seemed like a large school party was there but I've never seen such a crowded busy breakfast area in my life.

Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms, rich breakfast, good communication with the hotel even before arrival, friendly staff at the reception, great location, good prices, good value for money

in twin bed room - if the beds were at least a little wider it will be perfect

Very good

Location is good, like 4 stops from city center. Room specious, but dark in design. All needed amenities in the room, but cleaning not always accurate with replacing bath stuff. Has great view from the pool, but water freezing cold. Sauna available and decent but located very far from the pool. Hospitality and knowledge on reception could be better.

The check in after hours proved to be difficult and it took us ages to gain access. The phone number on the door rang for a long time before we got assitance. They could have emailed access codes in advance of arriving.

Ceiling lights had an issue, whole night they went on out of nothing, kitchen in the room but nothing to use it, not even to cook water, price way too high for what it was, bathroom smelled really bad through the pipes, noisy street.

A disappointed customer

The staff are wonderful!

There were quite a few things wrong with our room and the floor was dirty. The shower was completely broken and there was construction going on next door which made it nearly impossible to sleep.

Amazing

- Brand new and modern hotel - Very clean - The room was huge and bed comfortable, everything available to cook and eat in the kitchen, ventilator (very useful with the recent temperatures) and a proper fridge!! - The pool is great and big enough to play or swim - The sauna is perfect - I haven’t tried the gym but there was enough machines to work out - The staff was extremely polite and helpful - Free parking available on the side street but you can also park for 10€ in the hotels parking - Very good isolation. Hardly heard any noise from the constructions just next to the building. - The area is safe, Lidl DM Aldi etc just a few minutes walk
