Location was strategically well placed to walk around hystorical places (walled city and San Felipe castle)
The breakfast can have more options, if you’re a colombian citizen but you are another country resident who doesn’t do taxes in Colombia, make sure you are patient enough to discuss with the counter represantive acout the tax deduction (1 - 2 hrs) and have your tax declaration with you

Some of the staff were nice and helpful, others less, but none were terrible. The hotel is small, but well kept.
Location. There are way better locations as this is on the limit of the walled city and does not feel very safe and is very dirty. Really a shame... One of the people in our group had their necklace yanked right off their neck by someone on a motorcycle about 100 feet from the hotel. When we went walking to the walled city and the historic center, there were much prettier areas that felt a lot safer and were more pleasant.

I read lots of complaints, but we booked a superior room, with king size bed, soundproof windows, nice bathroom and comfortable space. It was 100 %. Breakfast very good and perfect location, close to restaurants, cafes, supermarket, shopping centers, etc.
Lack of hygienic douche (as in all hotels in Colombia).
