The location of Casa Mara was perfect for exploring Getsemani, very close walking distance to some nice cafes & restaurants (Celele & Ahito over the road).
The young lady in reception during the day was lovely, friendly & welcoming.
Our first room was a standard room & had no windows, so felt very boxy. For a minimal fee we changed to a room upstairs with windows & a view of the pool, which was so much nicer.
Breakfast is very basic, but does the job. We found the breakfast staff to also be quite indifferent & not very friendly.

Too quiet, it seems like a dead hotel. Good if you want to relax, but too expensive
