The hotel is located in a very pleasant neighborhood in the old town, making it easy to explore and enjoy the historic center of Cartagena on foot.
Our rooms were spacious, beautiful and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of products.
The swimming pool and terrace were also very pleasant and made for a great place to relax.
We found a small nest of insects behind a straw decoration on the desk, which should probably have been noticed during cleaning. The room also had a slight smell of dampness.
The condition of the swimming pool, particularly the tiles, as well as a few small details, did not quite meet the standard we expected.
Nevertheless, the hotel remains a very pleasant place to stay, with a great location and a lot of charm.

Great location right at the entrance of Getsemaní and all the fun stuff. You can walk right up the road to the clock tower. Hotel is well organized with center courtyard. Rooms are solid. AC solid. Breakfast solid.
Rooms construction is a little shoddy here and there but that’s Colombia and also modern construction in the US sadly. I did have a large room so it’s understandable.

The location and ambience. Very comfortable beds. Very good breakfast . Spacious rooms.
No water kettle or coffee maker in the room. The shower stall is cramped.

The beds were very comfortable and we slept so well in the room. However, while the two floor room had two bedrooms, which was nice, there was no common sitting area where we could sit and talk. The building was beautiful and in a great location.
A seating area in the room would have been nice. We did not get a daily replenishment of soap and other amenities. There was no hair dryer in the room. The downstairs TV did not work and the upstairs did not get wifi.
