The hotel had everything I needed.

The location was perfect. I could walk to any park in 20 minutes. I was 40 yards away from the party every night. Also the staff at the hotel was friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be going back to this hotel. Thank you

Nice stay in Cartagena

Hotel is located in a very busy area in Getsemaní, with restaurants and bars at a walking distance. Although weekends can get loud on the streets, rooms are quiet. They are also spacious with confortable beds and a nice bathroom. Pool is very nice to be during really hot hours and staff is very friendly.

It would be nice to have blankets, face towels and a mat for the bathroom.

Colombia my heart ♥

The workers are very attentive and helpful. They made our stay exceptional. Especially Raffa and Marlyn. My husband and I were nicely surprised with a bottle of wine left in our room in honour of our anniversary celebration. We love these people.

Breakfast needs to have more variety and take inconsideration persons staying more than 4 days. You really don't want to eat the same stuff. A menu in English should be offered since most staff those not know the language.

Superb

Had an amazing stay at Hotel Casa Cytia, all of the staff were lovely friendly and helpful, the breakfast was yummy and made quickly, the pool and rooftop were great facilities for sunbathing. Location was good for close quality restaurants, walking distance to both old town and Castillo de San Felipe.

Wifi worked but was slow and would disconnect when a lot of people were using it. Noise levels were a bit crazy on the Friday night just due to the proximity to plaza del Trinidad.

a perfect location in the middle of the walled city with a fantastic staff; really a great botique hotel.

The staff was fantastic and really went out of their way to help with whatever I needed.

Despite being in the middle of a wonderful area with lots of music, people and some craziness, the hotel is small, cozy and clean…like an oasis in the middle of the craziness.

Excellent choice for Cartegena

Located in the absolute center of the historical, art and nightlife district of Cartagena, it was still surprisingly peaceful, quiet and safe. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable with a quiet and efficient air conditioner.

Rooms have windows onto the walkway making it impossible to maintain privacy with open curtains.

Great hotel in the best part of Cartagena! Amazing friendly staff, nice clean room, quiet location and a nice swimming pool. Airconditioning worked perfectly and was a must in the heat.

it’s a house, not a hotel or hotel boutique. you can’t bring guests an

very nice house, good Pool and comfortable beds.

it’s not a hotel. it’s a house. I get home at 4am and I had to wait 20 minutes to get the door open, you can’t bring guests, so we were asked paid for an extra room and the guest couldn’t enter the property until 3pm. kinda disappointed. basic breakfast. overpriced in general.

Great location, modern AC

Location is great. Easy to walk to many restaurants, clubs, bars and art streets. AC in the room works very well. It's a simple room with beds, IKEA PAX style closet and a bathroom with a shower.

Nothing much. Only a very minor thing. It took about 30min from the check in until we got the wifi password. Probably we were just unlucky that day and arrived on the day when they changed the PW...

Great value for the money!

Great location in the heart of Getsemani. Surprisingly very quiet considering 2 minutes from a pretty lively part of town. Very friendly staff The breakfast was very nice. We had a nice little variety items to choose from. Crepes, Omelette, cereal, toast, freshly squeezed OJ..hot milk was a nice touch for the coffee. The pool was nice and quiet at all times. Very refreshing after a day of walking in the town.

I’m pretty sure if I had asked I would have gotten a second pillow and more linens.

Everything about this place is perfect.

This hotel is a true hidden gem. In the heart of Getsemani, which has a very cool authentic vibe. The hotel is very well upkept and is very beautiful with white arches, clean pool, great rooftop for hanging out and provides a great view of the city. The staff was over the top accommodating, provided recommendations and let us keep our bags there before check-in and after check-out. The breakfast provided was very good with toast, eggs, fruit and yogurt/granola. The room was huge and very clean. Clean towels and a fridge were provided as well. 10/10 would stay here again. Loved it!
