The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Guests have their own bedroom, bathroom, and small sitting area; everything was clean, comfortable, and felt just like home. The hosts even surprised us by leaving breakfast outside our bedroom door in the morning. Since we had an evening flight, they kindly allowed us to store our luggage on the day of our departure. Everything exceeded our expectations. The location is very convenient.

Loved everything about my 3 night stay. Hosts were so welcoming, spotless clean, great location, comfortable bed. Very Cosy and homely feel about the place.
Fresh OJ for breakfast and water, wine and a beer in fridge.
Would stay there again.

Superb Hosts, lovely location, so convenient to everywhere. First time travelling Solo, and in this property, I felt so comfortable. Everything so clean and tidy. Lovely extra touches of Fresh Orange and Breakfast, which was a surprise.
Nice small lounge, great arrangement of toiletries in separate bathroom.
Itziar & Bernar are a wonderful couple, and so friendly, providing maps and information where needed.
If I visit Bilbao again, I would definitely hope stay there again, knowing there will be a warm welcome, they truly deserve the rating of 10, and I think of my stay there with fondness, and contentment. Thank you Caroline
