If you're here doing business at the Palm Springs Convention Center you are within walking distance of that too! This immaculate condo is located in the Plaza Villas condominium complex. This unit was just completely redone. The fully stocked kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and cabinetry. The living room is designer done with comfortable furniture and a large flat screen TV. There is also a dining room space for those quiet meals in. The bedroom has a large comfortable king size bed and a second flat screen TV. The bathroom is all new with designer tiles and cabinetry and comes fully stocked. There is also a cozy outdoor patio for relaxing while enjoying breathtaking mountain views. Plaza Villas boasts 2 resort like heated pools, spas, tennis courts, and perfectly mannecured grounds. Plaza Villas is a completely smoke free complex. No smoking, vaping or e-cigs are allowed in the unit or anywhere on the property. Premium cable, High Speed internet, and a stackable washer and dryer is also in the unit. A dedicated covered parking space close by. You may never want to leave the complex! The condo was perfect for a quick week in Palm Springs. The location was great for walking to restaurants. We didn’t really cook but if you want to the kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need. Clark, the property manager, was super helpful and easy to reach. Thanks for the great visit!

My husband and I just finished a week long stay here. Very nice condo - thoughtfully decorated and appointed well.
Space has great natural light and is really pleasant.
The condo is on a second floor - not too many steps and they are very manageable along with a hand rail. (Yep, I have a stubborn knee.....).
Great location, 5-8 minute walk to the heart of downtown. Condo is situated in a attractive gated complex that is meticulously
maintained. Pool and jacuzzi are lovely.
Check in was easy. The property manager Clark was a pleasure to deal with - very nice and great communication.

Well equipped condo which is perfect for a couple. Able to walk to restaurants, shops and movie theaters in downtown Palm Springs. Large casino located close for those who like to gamble. Nicely appointed pool areas and a well maintained tennis court.

The proximity to museums, shops, restaurants and hiking trails was awesome. Communication by the property manager, Clark was very informative and efficient. Really enjoyed our stay.

This is a super nice, clean, well-equipped, perfectly located place to stay in Palm Springs. After a two-week stay here, I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. Add to that THE most helpful and attentive property manager I’ve had the pleasure of working with in 18 years of VRBO rentals.

We enjoyed our return visit to the condo as much as the first. It has everything you might possibly need and it's all of high quality. Excellent location for walking downtown for the shops and restaurants. This was our 8th visit to P.S. and the first without a rental car. The bus system is very good and only 50 cents for seniors. We even took a bus (a block away) to the airport.

Great location just a couple blocks off Palm Canyon Drive! This condo is well appointed with all the necessities. It is beautifully decorated and the furniture is comfortable. The property manager was very accommodating and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Location IS everything and this condo fit the bill beyond my dreams. I could walk to many restaurants, shops, and even to a church, to Museum Way, and to nightly entertainment spots. I could easily motor my way to similar venues when the car was necessary. The condo is clean, well-equipped, it has a most delightful mid-century decor and it boasts a great view of the mountains, I enjoyed a worry-free, no hassle visit. My stay was made more than "perfect" because of the superior guest services provided by guest-care specialist Clark Argeris. Before, during, and after arriving, Clark was in touch just enough and at the right times. Have an issue, no matter how minor? Clark is there! I had zero anxiety and maximum guest satisfaction which was due in large part to the personal guest care I was gifted throughout my visit. I would definitely choose this VRBO again if it is available my next Palm Springs visit.

This clean, beautifully furnished and well equipped condo is just blocks from downtown Palm Springs. Exactly as advertised, and more. Perfect with or without a car. Additionally, the secure complex has wonderful pools, hot tub and tennis facilities. Our property manager, Clark, was totally on it. He provided a through check-in. He followed up throughout and again right before check-out. We will certainly be back, and soon.

This impeccably clean and well appointed condo is located just a few blocks from downtown Palm Springs. I stayed here without a car, and had no trouble walking to everything! The people who live here full time are really friendly, and the pool was a lively place for conversation. I'm really glad I chose this location!

Check in was very smooth , the whole condo was extremely well equipped. The property manager was very attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo . This is our second time here and we would definitely return .

Downtown, restaurants and a movie theatre were within walking distance. The condo is lovely, clean and well stocked. The recliner chair was an asset. Clark, the property manager, was very helpful and checked in with us to see if we needed anything or information about the area. We would definitely recommend this place.

We loved the cozy apartment, close to downtown and all the fun activities. Everything was as described, clean, fully staffed with all you need. Grounds, tennis court and pools were very well kept. Clark was an awesome property manager, he updated us about events in town, checked if we had any concerns or if we need any information or something else. Just perfect.Thank you.

My wife and I stayed for one weeek in Nov. 2022 in this property. It was perfectly clean, newly renovated and very well equipped with everything needed. Especially the kitchen was very well stocked so cooking was easy. Even things like toilet and kitchen paper, detergent for washing machine and dishwasher were provided which is not naturally.
Communication with property manager Clark was very pleasant. Special thanks to him for taking great care of us. Overall it was a perfect stay for us and we will definitely consider it again for a vacation in the area.

Great location, walkable to everything in downtown Palm Springs. We enjoyed the 2 pools and hot tub daily! The villa community was well maintained. The condo was as described and stocked with all we needed during our stay. Communication with the host was great. We enjoyed our week of fun in the sun!

Location is walking distance to downtown Palm Springs; and the property pool and hot tub was a fantastic respite for the days' end. The condo is so warm and well-appointed, everything that we needed was provided. The bed was very comfortable, shower had great water pressure, and washer/dryer an added plus.
Nothing was left to chance. Check in/out a breeze and our inquiries were responded to quickly. Hosts truly cared that we had a wonderful stay. We cannot wait to return this special property.

We had a great visit. Clark, the property manager was very attentive and available when needed. Facility was nicely equipped with things like coffee filters, salt and pepper shakers and other things needed for an enjoyable trip. Certainly a place we would recommend for family and friends. Can walk to the casino if that’s of interest to anyone.

The condo is in a very quiet complex with easy access to downtown. The complex is well maintained and the condo was perfect for me.

One word, GREAT!
A beautifully clean well-appointed and decorated unit. Very close to parking and access to and from everything to do in downtown Palm Springs. The pools and grounds were wonderful as well. I highly recommend this unit and can't say enough about Clark and Jim. Hospitality and professionalism abound, a wonderful experience and we're definitely looking forward to our return. Stay here you will love it!

Amazing
I love Palm Springs, and this is the perfect place to stay for a trip there! It has the perfect location right by downtown! The neighborhood is great and the condo has everything you need. Clark the property manager is so nice and so helpful, he is always checking in to make sure everything is going good, and always wants to help if you need it. The owner is also very helpful. I loved staying here and I will definitely be back and recommend to everyone!

Palm Springs vacation
Clarke, the property manager was very attentive. Very nice proper we were very comfortable here. Would definitely use this place again. It is a few blocks from downtown, keep in mind the blocks are fairly long, it’s about 800 meters . Lovely stay, the complex was very quite for us but we were there beginning of June and it was starting to get pretty warm midday. 104 deg.

There is some noise due to it's proximity to the casino, but it's short-lived. Besides, you're in Palm Springs....get out there already! Traffic noise is minimal. We spent almost every evening on the balcony, sipping a beverage and watching the mountains subtly change in the light. Beats the hell out of TV.
The property manager, Clarke, was outstanding. Check in and out, clear and easy. I'm thinking we may well be staying there again. Highly recommended.
