Really nice and spacious pool, with plenty of sunbeds, so you don’t have to compete with other guests and run for a spot with your towel 😂. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The room was also really spacious, with a big and beautiful balcony. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!
You definitely need a scooter to get around. If you’re planning on walking everywhere, you probably won’t be too happy with the location.
Btw, best Caesar salad I’ve ever had! It was so good that I actually ordered the exact same Caesar salad twice in one afternoon.
One thing that stood out to me was the housekeeping. They did come by, but the bed sheets weren’t changed. I noticed this because there was already a visible stain on the bed (definitely not from us), and I assumed housekeeping would replace the sheets during the next cleaning. Unfortunately, they simply made the bed and the stain was still there. We had to specifically ask for the sheets to be changed, which I found a bit disappointing for a 5-star property.
Another thing that could be improved is the service around the pool. Whenever we ordered something, we often had to wait quite a long time. Even around 5 PM, when hardly anyone was still at the pool, we ordered a cappuccino and still waited over 40 minutes. That was definitely not ideal.

Great location, modern clean and just warm
The property was great just some miscommunication twice once I checked out which was a little bit annoying, although granted the hotel did apologise for.

It is a good location and well built
Poorly maintained, the air condition water came out twice and fell on our clothes and bags and he’d to be repaired twice, they try to fine anyway to make you pay more
