Location close to Targi Kielce, so if you're attending an exhibition, it's a great stay. The hotel is clean, breakfast is good, amenities a bit old but overall everything was ok.
The hotel is old, it needs a bit of renovation.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, spokojna atmosfera oraz wygodny i przestronny pokój.
W łazience zauważyłam drobne ślady pleśni w rogach pod prysznicem. Poza tym pobyt oceniam pozytywnie.

I can admit the breakfast and variability of a food at the breakfast can be considered as a strength of the hotel
The staff was not able to accommodate the preliminary request for additional bed for a 5 year old kid, which was confirmed via booking.com, the receptionist could not help at all, finally we tried to guide her with options, however it did not help. She constantly was trying to call the senior staff to ask for guidance where to locate additional bed, the keys etc. and after few hours from check-in it was solved and we got another room with additional bed. The management needs to focus on training of personal prior they start the work (at least to know the simple services which are in a scope of the hotel). In addition the hotel restaurant accommodated the party of teenagers with laud music up to 03 AM, and the special 'gift' was provided at midnight when we heard very laud fire alarm asking to immediately proceed to the exit, you can imagine the stress of 5 year old kid, and when we were out we were informed that it is fake alarm because of the joke, hope this comedian received a fine.
