An amazing location surrounded by the nature just an hour driving away from Warsaw. Animations for kids.

It was the first time ever that I felt like a second category visitor. Booked room with one big queen size bed, and additional bed for a baby, but got room with two single beds joints together, and no bed for baby (added upon special request at reception). The bed wasn’t comfy because of it softness (I’m 110 kg weight, and slept in some U position, followed with back pain for the whole next day). Even though three people had been reported to stay in the room, only one set of towels and a bathrobe was available. After talking to the reception, we received the missing two sets - towels with holes and a bathrobe without a belt and with broken loops. temperature in the room made it impossible to sleep comfy, while turning on / off loud air conditioning required each time a phone call to the reception desk. spa area was not available due to the stay of the athletes, but the staff did not inform the customers of limited availability of facilities upon booking nor during check-in at the hotel. The hotel staff seemed focused on serving sportsmen showing limited interest in other guests. 30 minutes waiting in the restaurant to receive the menu, plus another 30 minutes for the service. Small portions, the quality of ingredients and the taste of the dishes in minus. The general impression didn’t meet my expectations. This facility is overpriced and overrated. Definitely not a four star hotel. Probably from Euro 2012 rooms and equipment were not updated. If you are an athlete or celebrity most likely you will get the dedicated service, while the other guests will have to wait or ask several times to become served. Looking for a place to rest after work and enjoy hospitality you can find a better places. Huge disappointment.

A wonderful escape High class facilities, nice design and colors , very comfy room and beds, fantastic breakfast , SPA zone with pool to relax. And the most important: Smiling, friendly and professional staff. We were sad to part but will be back !!!
