We stayed after a traffic accident, the lady on reception is think she was called lilly went above and beyond to help us resolve our issues and help us get 200 miles home.

Everything was excellent. The property was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention to George, who was exceptional — very friendly, professional and attentive. He genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
Honestly, there wasn’t anything I disliked about the property. Everything was great and I was very happy with my stay.

Breakfast excellent, parking price fair, close to park and ride, few facilities around hotel but so close to park and ride into Oxford wasn't an issue

Staff were friendly and room was clean.
The room was absoluteltly freezing. AC had been left on and took so long to warm up.
Was rudely woken up at 6.30am when I was hoping for a little lie in. Loud banging. I later found out that someone was throwing down their dumbells in the fitness room. No chance of any more sleep as it was so noisy.
