Service was really good. Staff very nice.
I didnt realise it was an additional £15.00 to park at the hotel. Seems ridiculous to charge for hotel parking when you have booked to stay. Room was okay but little space to get ready. Tables too small for hairdryer etc and there is a lot of stuff (leaflets, trays etc) so its hard to navigate getting ready. Room wasn't dirty but it wasn't really clean.

Honestly it’s beautiful inside n out never been to such a cool hotel with a proper style
Lovely design, furniture and atmosphere. Honestly beautiful and would come again. Even a help your self sweet cupboard honestly felt like I was in Hogwarts

Funky eclectic decor - makes a nice change from the usual chain hotels' corporate style, it looks a fun place to stay!
My room was really small, at the top of the building with no air conditioning, and only a fan that wafted hot air around - had the worst nights sleep imaginable - I guess the price you pay for "artisan" and not the management's fault as they say they cant install air con because its a victorian building - but definitley not a place to to stay in a heat wave!!!
