Very nice premises in North Oxford. Room well decorated and spotlessly clean. Entry instructions were clear. Parking was a big bonus. Manager was responsive and accommodating.
Shower cubicle was very small, athough water pressure & temperature were good. Price was high considering that the guesthouse is unmanned and has no breakfast facilities.

The room was cute, clean and beds were comfortable. The waiting area was nice and we used it. I only removed one point for comfort because it was over 90 degrees outside and we only had one small fan for two beds. I realize it was unseasonably warm so not the hotels fault. the bus stop into town was VERY easy so transport was easy to town and the train station.
It was HOT and like a lot of historical buildings, there was no air conditioning and we were on the 3rd floor.

In a quiet suburban area about 20 minutes walk from the centre. Very near the Cherwell Boathouse, a very nice restaurant on the river. Handy for events in the area. An excellent shower.
There was no breakfast which for us was a negative feature. The immediate area doesn't have many cafes - the nearest was 10-minutes walk away which didn't suit us. There was a bit of noise from overhead footfall.
