I liked the Junior Suite in the 5th floor with a lot of space. The breakfast and evening buffet was fantastic with variations day by day. I used the spa and it was a good experience.
Adults only - was not what I expected. It is true, there was no noise from kids. But I felt more like being in a home for elderly people close to retirement or in retirement. Most visitors lived in the hotel bubble between hotel room, lounge chair at the pool (some were reserved even before breakfast!), eating table in the restaurant and armchair in the evening entertainment. I thought - adult only - relates more to singles-meet-singles, and my thought was wrong.

Quiet location, beautiful views. Clean and very well kept with absolutely excellent staff.
Food, although plentiful was not to our liking. The restaurant looks nice but is very very noisy which impacts the experience.

Staff is very nice and helpful, we loved the spa area and hoped we could have done a massage. They made some accommodations for us in terms of breakfast time when we scheduled a trip to the Teide volcano that started very early.
Location isn't very good. The nearby beach is kinda useless if you're not into windsurfing. Other beaches are only accessible by car, so rent one. The wind in the pool area is sometimes unbearable, it also brings so much sand to the pool area that it becomes very dirty. The food isn't great, but it's not bad, but the "all inclusive" drinks are kinda worthless, lukewarm drinks and many exceptions to the "all inclusive". Why was a simple Guiness beer off the "all inclusive" menu is very intriguing to me. The hotel entertainment team is just a single woman, poor lady does her best with almost no support from the hotel, they should definitely invest more in it (buy some darts for god's sake, hire multiple people, etc). This hotel has some potential, but the way it is, it gives a "decadency" vibe, please invest more in the restaurant and in the entertainment team! Also, allow people to use the coffee machine at lunch time! A coffee is great after lunch.
