Buena ubicación, buen trato, y muy tranquilo.

El desayuno. ;Muy bien el comedor. Muy bien el buffet y sobre todo la atención de los empleados. Un buffet nada agobiante de comida y con servicio para lo caliente a la carta. Mucho estilo.

No tenían mantel en el comedor. No me parece higiénico , aunque ahora parece que se ha puesto de moda. Nunca como en restaurantes sin mantel. La bañera con su ducha era de complicado acceso, con cierto riesgo de caídas, sobre todo al salir. Muy alta la bañera. En la habitación había unas escaleras cerca de la cama, con riesgo de caerse, sobre todo si sales de noche al baño.

Lo justo y necesario en un escalón bien alto.

La ubicación excelente. El desayuno perfecto sin una gran variedad pero todo de alta calidad y una eficiente atención.

Creo que esta todo muy bien.espero continúen de la misma manera. Felicitaciones.

Top notch hotel. Great experience!

It was an amazing location and the room was clean, comfortable and appointed. Nice little gym. It is. Lose to dozens of restaurants and attractions.

trés correcte

excellemment situé, personnel très aimable et parlant français. Lit très confortable sanitaires ok même si décoration un peu désuète. le parking est un grand plus m^me si facturé 33 euros par jour. Le petit déjeuner est trop cher à 33euros (ou 23 sur inscription préalable). Nous avons préféré profiter de la machine à café (NESPRESSO) régulièrement fournie sans compter la fourniture gratuite de bière, eau et jus de fruit assez exceptionnel en hôtellerie.

comme beaucoup de clients, l'insonorisation est très défaillante: réveillés à 5heures par une violente dispute de couple ayant duré plus d'une heure malgré le signalement à la réception à priori peu réactive.

Das Hotel ist ein teurer und abgetakelter Schuppen!

Nichts!! Rein gar nichts!!

Der Empfang war distanziert, wenig höflich, man wurde sofort für die ganze Woche abkassiert (365 EUR / Nacht). Interesse am Gast oder gar eine Empathie oder Dienstleistungsmentalität war eine völlige Fehlanzeige. Über eine ganze Woche! Das Zimmer (Superior-DZ) hatte einen verfleckten Parkettboden, Staub in den Ecken. Es war schlichtweg ungepflegt. Das Bad hätte seit mind. fünf Jahren einer Renovation unterzogen gehört, die Boden- und Wandfugen waren schlampig und verschmutzt. Als Föhn diente ein putziger Reiseföhn, den wohl einmal ein Reisender vergessen hatte. Das Zimmer (3. Etage zur Plaza de las Cortes) war horizontal und vertikal sehr hellhörig, man bekam je nach Lautstärke (Gespräch, TV, Toilettenspülung) so ziemlich alles mit - die Rezeption interessierte das nicht! Das Etagen- bzw. Servicepersonal sprach kaum Englisch, eine Teebestellung am Nachmittag endete über 30 Minuten in einem Vergessen, Falschlieferung in ein anderes Zimmer, falscher Tee. Wie dieses Hotel zu 5 Sternen kommt (mind. 2 zu viel) ist mir ein völliges Rätsel. Das Hotel ist nichts anderes als ein teurer und abgetakelter Schuppen! Es kann NICHT empfohlen werden.

Ligging en zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel

Inrichting is aan vernieuwing toe. Er werd geen tapas geserveerd aan de pool (stond wel op website), maar hebben ze netjes opgelost.

Good hotel

Good location - fairly central to most touristic sightseeing places. Good restaurant and bars at ground floor and rooftop were great. Staff attentive and professional. Young gentleman serving drinks on rooftop bar 23/08 was great and should be commended for his service efforts. Pool at the top of the roof is a nice addition Bed was nice and comfy.

Soundproofing not as good as other hotels I have visited - noise is noticeable when cleaners start their morning routine cleaning duties. Coffee machine - I ran an empty water cycle. It appears the machine has not been cleaned in quite some time based on the coffee granules and darkened water that was emitted so I didn't use it. Construction work & noise although a lot of this was kept to a bare minimum and did not affect my stay other than being aware of it.

Location was perfect in centre of Madrid. Staff were extremely friendly and professional.

Pool was quite small (similar to a large plunge pool) but it was very nice on the rooftop

Great location but not a 5 star look

Location great, 5 star rating therefore my car had valet; not a noisy location 👌🏻

The hotel does not have a look of 5 star hotel, it is simple and room looked dated as in not fresh- scratched, beaten up furniture ; simple lobby, tiny rooftop pool
