Very clean room. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location was perfectly situated for walking around the area and the sites we visited.

The property location is the reason for the hotel selection. It is walking distancie from the main Museums and places I intended to visit when in Madrid.
The Wi-Fi in the room was very poor and always failing.

Staff at the front desk Angela was very helpful
Air conditioning at the hotel doesn’t work.
They supplied a small fan which wasn’t enough and the room was way too hot all three nights and wasn’t fixed when I left.
