We had a sea view room overlooking the sea & pool which was lovely. Spa plus daily fitness/yoga classes. Great selection for breakfast & dinner. There is a beach club within the hotel which gave the hotel a great vibe each day. The staff were amazing - nothing was a problem. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to to go back.

The vibe, location, cleanliness, colleague helpfulness! Breakfast choice and presentation was the best we have ever had

It would have been great to have a little music around the pool, and the poached eggs were never runny (personal preference thats all) but didn’t impact out experience

Nice general aesthetic and overall vibes
This hotel looks nice on the surface but is definitely lacking some of the basics to make it feel reflective of the price - I very rarely write reviews but I think (hope) this is genuinely useful feedback -
- Hotel doesn't provide any water at all, your only option is a 5 EURO 330ml bottle, which ends up being around 30 euros per day just to have a basic amount of water, seems extremely odd given the price
- Hotel also literally didn't change our sheets once in 7 days, or even take rubbish out of the room - in other words, they don't really clean the rooms properly (just gave us fresh towels) which seemed very strange, and when I asked about this I was made to feel guilty for even mentioning it and approached directly by a very rude cleaner
- The checkin process is extremely long winded and unneccessary being asked to fill in a long questionnaire/form just to get my room key, when all the details are already on my booking.com account and booking - there is also literally no reception desk so it's very unclear where to go to actually raise any issues about anything
- It's nice they have a sauna & steam room, but they close by 7pm, when I'd almost always want to use them in the evening past 9pm, so seems a strange option to close them so early
- Location is not what I had expected, which is partly my fault for not checking enough previously - but it's a premium hotel in a much much less premium surrounding area, feels very much like 'brits abroad' far more than a premium peaceful area that I was hoping for - they do not advertise this for obvious reasons!
Generally it just feels the hotel is not getting the important small details right in order to make the experience much much better for very little cost - I'm not in the hospitality industry but these things feel obvious to me?
