Its very green. Good location although quite far. Luxurious feel once you enter the lobby. Friendly pool and breakfast waiters. Speed of service especially for room service was good. Fairly clean.
For the value of money the fact that it’s five star there was a number of things that was disappointing. The ac stopped working for two days. They got a repair man but still and in the July summer it was bad. The food was very poor especially for a five star hotel. We ordered many items and they were all consistently not great. Upon check in many things were not explained to us nor was a map given to us. We didn’t even know the spa has two large pools and a whole other section. A tour next time would help with all the essential information explained. The tv chrome cast didn’t work. At one point a male staff just barged into our room while we were in there without knocking. Luckily my friend instantly shut the door as she was close to the door. We were in our swim suits. When they told us about the nearby wine vineyard they didn’t tell us that the hotel offers free transport to and from. They didn’t tell us about the restaurants nearby. Only when you ask them. So again more proactive communication is helpful. Orange juice wasn’t fresh or too sweet.
