We only stayed for one night as we were passing through. The hotel is located outside the city centre, but it was only a 3–4 minute drive to Palm Beach Water Park. We had a spacious room with two bedrooms, very comfortable beds, and the hotel was clean and quiet. It was also easy to find free street parking nearby. A great choice for a short stay.

Great location, close to everything, especially historical Faber-Castell facilities. If you are into fine stationary - must visit. Overall good quality of rooms, plus some artistic originality.
Central location makes it a bit noisy at night. Beds are not very comfortable, too soft for me.

Clean rooms and helpful people
Very noisy rooms linking to the main road, the church bell rings every hour even at night and sometimes more than once every hour. There was no iron in the room and in 30degree summer a fan would be nice to have.
