During our stay it was very peaceful on our floor and we did not have any problems sharing bathrooms and kitchen. Checkin process, Location and possibility to store luggage is perfect.
The slatted bed base was a bit worn through so it was a bit like sleeping in a hammock. Not enough stability.

Location was great! Check in and check out instructions were clear.
My room was at the 2nd floor (3rd level) & there are no lifts. This will be difficult if you have heavy luggage.

The location with regard to all the sights was perfect. Kitchens facilities great and a totally secure building.
Just yo not a little further from train /bus station and no lift if you have heavy bags.

Bathrooms, room etc were clean. Great location.
We were asked to send identification details to a 'no reply' email, or using the app, which doesn't work. This then meant we hadn't been provided the key safe code and had to phone, phone again, all of which took a while (after a day hiking in the mountains). Then the room had only the double bed prepared (as we booked for two), despite being a triple. It should have been obvious we needed two beds or we'd have booked a twin.
