The room was cosy and comfortable. Everything was clean and I was well supplied with towels etc. Shower gel provided in the bathroom. Great location if you want to access the university, close to a bus and a tram stop. Big windows let in lots of light, good size of room with a good desk set-up. Very quiet. Staff on the desk very friendly and helpful.
It was mainly let down by the breakfast - there was a limited selection (bread rolls, cheese, cold meats) and then cereals. I would have liked a greater selection of fruit and for the quality of everything to be better. The breakfast room was not always the cleanest and the 'ambient' music too loud. Due to the location though, there are very limited breakfast options elsewhere, but if you are willing to go into the centre for breakfast, there are much nicer options there.

Quiet location and cozy hotel. room was big and had almost everything you need for short-term stay. Staff members were nice and welcoming, guiding around hotel and helping during check-in process.
There was not enough lighing in the room and in the bathroom. As a person with poor eyesight I could not see a thing wihout glasses (when I did makeup and the only mirror was in bathroom where was not enough light, and mirror was unususally far away from the sink, mirror for shaving was not useful in that case). Since I booked without breakfast I thought I could at least have some tea without a need to go outside, as I thought I would have a kettle. My mistake.

Lady running the place was very friendly and helpful.
Depressing hotel, rooms accommodated for "repair / maintenance staff" , single beds in different corners of the room, large office desks.
