Great location! Staff very helpful! Good size room and comfy bed.
The bathroom was in the bedroom only separated by a glazed wall. Clean and nicely put together, but little privacy.

Absolutely loved this place. It was our first time in Portugal and the first place we stayed, so it really was a lovely welcome. The room was beautifully decorated but very customer-focused, designed for comfort. The location was fabulous. Right in the heart of the old town, a few steps from a cafe with a fado performance, and utterly charming. The staff were very helpful too.
Our only small criticism. The breakfast was fine but for what it was, we would have got better value beyond the hotel. That's on us though - for being too lazy to venture out!

Breakfast was fresh and tasty.
Location and area were great.
Breakfast area very small/cramped.
We were in 4B and there was a lot of noise from the room above which isn't part of the hotel.
One of the wall lamps by the bed was coming off of the wall.
Toilet in the room was very small and fiddly to get in and out.
