Hotel location was exceptional. Hotel staff were brilliant. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Excellent location although a bit tricky to find

Rooms are modern, good layout especially those with two levels
Our shower door didn’t close properly and water was leaking on the floor every time we showered. I believe it is an easy fix, which we didn’t report during the stay.

Pleasant staff. Bruna was great. She makes a mean rum and coke. Gluten free buns and cookies at breakfast were excellent. Bun is made by request so less chance of cross contamination.
Room was a little too cozy for my liking but not much you can do about that.

The hotel location is nice and easy to reach the main city center.
The hotel is clean.
The hotel booked us a taxi from the airport and when we were to pay, the taxi driver asked us for almost double the price. The hotel staff just shrugged shoulders and didn't help us. It is only because we understood the language and refused to pay more that they intervened.
The rooms are nice, but if you have suitcases and are given a room on the first floor, count you will need to carry them to the upper floor. This is in case you are more two people and they open the sofa bed downstairs. Literally there is no place to move.
The interior garden of the hotel is very nice and spacious, but no one said there is a construction and basically there is nothing there apart from some chairs, the small pool not functioning.
