Room was clean and comfy. Had to take heavy bags upstairs and the receptionist had to help. Didn’t seem happy to do but helped. As we weee across the road thought someone would automatically help with the stairs .

Bed and pillows were really comfortable and the room was very quiet. Fabulous breakfast, great location and really kind helpful staff.
Only that the shower wasn’t overhead it was a handheld hose.

It was a convenient location.
No lift, difficult bring luggage back down the stairs. A lot of noise from outside during the night - especially early morning with rubbish trucks. Very noisy inside if anyone came in during the night. No sound insulation.
